The “Karnische Kamm” extends from the Dolomites, along the Italian – Austrian border parallel to the northern “Gailtal” to the upper Carinthia.
Along the ridge leads the “path of peace”, this name was given as a sign of reconciliation in a united Europe, as it runs along the former front lines of the First World War. The trail has been designed so that it is manageable even for avid mountain hiking groups and families.
